Trilogy at Power Ranch

If you’re looking for an active adult 55+ community for a seasonal or retirement home, TRILOGY AT POWER RANCH is a gated golf community you must stop by and see!  The residents of Trilogy at Power Ranch enjoy many amenities including an 18-hole championship golf course which is open to the public, the Slate Bistro and Bar, a huge recreation room, the big dance hall, swimming pool and a community center just to name a few!  You should see their calendar of events!   This master planned community called Trilogy at Power Ranch was built by Shea Homes from 2000 to 2007 and is a single-family active adult community in which the homes on average are 2 bedroom 2 baths, about 1,800 square feet with a quarterly association fee of $327 and property taxes of $1,830.

There are currently 59 active listings in Trilogy at Power Ranch with prices ranging from $209-$659K, sizes from 1,308-3,077 and list prices averaging $175 per square foot.  17 listings are currently pending and within the past 3 months, there have been 30 closings!  That’s about 10 closings per month!  The closings are averaging 104 days on the market ranging from as low as $172,000 (1100sf) to $450,000 (2405sf) for a high with an average of $273,000 (1744sf).
